Our PTA is fueled by the generosity of our community, with every dollar raised directly benefitting Murwood. 

We understand you receive many requests for support, so we keep it straightforward by limiting our fundraising asks. Alongside membership dues, our three main avenues of fundraising include: Annual Fund Donation, Corporate Matching, and our annual Murwood Auction for Education.  

Please consider donating to the Murwood PTA Annual Fund. While any amount is appreciated, this year we’re asking for families to donate $250! 

The Annual Fund Donation helps cover costs associated with teacher/staff events (i.e. teacher birthdays, holiday gifts, teacher appreciation week, etc.) and community outreach events.

Annual Fund Donations also enable Murwood PTA to supplement site programs and resources beyond what the State of California provides. Some examples of these supplements include: classroom Chromebooks, library books, art materials, playground equipment, additional teacher supplies, science and lab equipment, class enrichment and much, much more. 

We're gearing up for our biggest event of the year—our Murwood Auction for Education this Spring! 

The auction is Murwood PTA's largest fundraiser, and the most anticipated adults-only Murwood evening out!

Many companies double or even triple donations to Murwood! Contact your employer's HR department to find out if your employer matches donations. It usually takes less than five minutes to fill out the necessary forms and it makes a huge difference for our students, our school, and our community.
