The Murwood Elementary Parent Teacher Association (PTA) is a non-profit, volunteer organization made up of parents and caregivers, teachers and community members committed to enhancing the experience for all children at Murwood. PTA supports critical academic needs, is an active voice on decisions that impact your child’s health, safety and quality of education, and builds a stronger and more inclusive school community.
Mark Your Calendar: Data Confirmation Opens July 28th!
Starting Monday, July 28th, WCSD families will begin the required Data Confirmation process for the 2025–2026 school year.
As part of this process, all families must complete the annual PTA Waiver to ensure their student(s) can participate in PTA-sponsored programs and events throughout the year. Families will also be invited to become PTA members, and contribute to our Annual Fund, helping us continue to enrich the Murwood experience for all students.

2025 GIVE BACK GATHERINGS
We're rolling out an incredible lineup of PTA-sponsored Give Back Gatherings for our 2025-2026 school year! These (mostly) grown-up friendly events are a fun way to connect, unwind, and give back--with 100% of ticket proceeds going directly to Murwood programs.

In addition to these ticketed events, we'll also be offering plenty of free Community Socials throughout 2025-2026 to bring families together.
