Room Parents are the friendly bridge between teachers, families, and Murwood PTA.

They help make communication easier and connections stronger by supporting our teachers, keeping families in the loop, and sprinkling community magic along the way.  

SO WHAT DO ROOM PARENTS DO? TYPICAL RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• 
  Partnering with Teachers & Families – Teachers set the tone, Room Parents support their needs, share updates, and keep families in the know.
• 
  Celebration Coordinator – Help organize classroom parties, support staff appreciation, and spread the love during Staff Appreciation Week.
• 
  Bringing the Fun to School Events – Room Parents recruit volunteers and help spread the word about school events!
